Throughout the course of his career, our chef has gained an awareness of the importance of preserving the world’s cultural heritage through gastronomy and respect for the seasons. His experience has led him to work in food markets and Michelin-starred restaurants, and to rub shoulders with chefs from all over the world. He is committed to sustainable cuisine that respects the land, the environment, the seasons and traditions.

Peak season produce

The chef cooks exclusively with locally-grown produce, respecting the seasons and the producers. His cuisine is tasty and generous, using exceptional products from the finest regions. Each product tells a story and invites you to discover a flavour, a region, a culture and a commitment to the environment.
